Doctor's Own Urgent Care is a premier urgent care practice in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Trent Dietsche, DO, and our exceptional, compassionate team care for patients of all ages in a welcoming setting. As an independent practice, Doctor's Own Urgent Care isn’t a big box, one-size-fits-all clinic. Patients always see a board-certified physician during their visits, which is unique to the area. 

Our practice provides innovative, on-site PCR testing, purified protein derivative (PPD) testing, on-site digital X-rays, and other cutting-edge diagnostic solutions. The on-site labs available at Doctor's Own Urgent Care are a cut above the competition and include same-day STD testing and drug testing. We also perform splinting for injuries.

Our physicians treat patients like family, providing outstanding care without rushed office visits or long wait times. This allows patients to thrive and live their best lives, even when they’re feeling their worst. We offer convenient telehealth services and walk-in opportunities. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

At Doctor's Own Urgent Care, we treat broken bones, sprains, respiratory ailments (colds, cough, flu, etc.), conjunctivitis (pink eye), ear infections, headaches, lacerations, and other injuries. 

We also care for patients with strep throat, sore throats, skin rashes, musculoskeletal pain, and urinary tract infections (UTIs). 

Our skilled specialists provide school physicals, work physicals, sports physicals, pediatric care, women’s healthcare, and more. 

Our providers treat all non-life-threatening illnesses, injuries, and diseases with rapid turnaround times. Our practice accepts most major insurances, Medicare, and Medicaid – and offers affordable cash-pay rates for uninsured patients.
